The economy and Frances Semler

Okay, today I'm going to start on the economy. I'm not surprised that the Fed has taken drastic steps to avoid a recession. I'm not surprised that the media is trying to put everyone into a panic. I'm not surprised that the stocks are plummeting and the dollar is growing weaker. Why? Because we are headed toward a global economy, the loss of the American dollar as we know it, and a new North American Union. along with the new currency, the Amero. This is all being set up to present us, within a few years, no choice but to accept the Amero once the market and US dollar completely crashes.

I read the book "The Late Great USA" by Jerome Corsi, and he lays out a really compelling argument for an integration of American, Canadian and Mexican borderless trade and commerce, starting with the Security, Prosperity and Partnership Act signed by Vicente Fox, George Bush, and the Canadian PM just a few years ago. Jobs for the California Longshoremen Union railworkers will be lost to Mexicans in order to import goods from China all the way up the Trans Texas Corridor, with a Mexican customs office right here in Kansas City. Please visit the website for KC SmartPort for a complete layout of their plans to integrate this new trade system.

Many people think this is all BS. But this is why Bush won't close the borders, why the MinuteMen are being demonized, and why this issue isn't really being covered in the Presidential debates. No clear cut answer. Glossed over.

Frances Semler, a member of the KC Parks Board, just resigned her position today. Why? From increased pressure by minority groups. She uncovered the real info. behind the Mexican customs office and WHO is really paying the taxes on that facility. US citizens. Not Mexico. Yet they will have a sovereign port here. Does anyone else see something seriously wrong with this?

The "official" reason for her resignation, I believe, is because a big Latino group threatened to pull their huge convention from KC if she didn't resign. One little person, and her membership in Minute Man, and millions lost in KC revenue. That's very odd, isn't it?

But off the record? The real reason, IMHO, combined with her MM membership, is because of what she uncovered and everyone is pissed about it because then the people will actually KNOW the truth. And we can't have that.

This is what happens to you when you go against the grain, don't believe everything that everyone tells you, and start to investigate for yourself. You get demonized, threatened, and lose your job, all because you stand for what is right. When the dollar crashes and the Amero hits the scene it will be the result of Americans having put their heads in the sand and taking everything at face value, not questioning anything for any reason.

Most everyone is jumping for joy at Ms. Semler's resignation from what I'm reading in the media. But it's not enough. Not by a longshot. Now they are angry because the mayor didn't fire her like they wanted. Well, she's out of there, so be gleeful. Be happy. Go party and celebrate the end of someone's career. Go enjoy the fruits of your labors. Yay!!! WOOT!

Go pick up a copy of Mr. Corsi's book. It's hard to get in the bookstores. Not surprising there. The truth hurts.

Frustrating fundamentals

I found an Independent Baptist preacher on youtube whose video sermons I tried to watch with an open mind. Now I was raised with this so much of his preaching was like an old hat in a way, taking me back to my childhood. I smiled at some of his words but then got really angry at others.
One of the things he was talking about was where "saved" Christians must be now if they aren't in his congregation. He alluded to the fact that they might be in some "wacky liberal" church if they had left his church after having been saved by his "soul winners."

Well, jiminy Christmas, if they decided not to stay in his church, they must have just "fallen" and got sucked into something less austere. That made me so mad, I cannot tell you. No mention that they might just be exploring something else, going deeper into Christian history or anything, just that they must be "wacky liberals" now. To his credit, he did say that maybe they might be going to "mom and dad's" church instead. But that could mean anything, really, according to his interpretation. Mom and dad's church could mean "the wacky liberal Methodists or Anglicans" or "the Mary-worshipping Catholics" or "the singing Orthodox." Take your pick.

Or they might not be going at all, he said. "Not everyone is on fire for the Lord, and many people are just too afraid to get that close to God." WHAT?????

So fine, if I don't go to his church, that's okay, but it must just mean I'm in some "namby pamby" church or just "not on fire for God," are the basic conclusions.

What I think it really means is a way to explain away the people that probably leave his congregation and he doesn't want to own up to it.

This all ties into the cult mindset of feeling like you are anointed and being chosen to be something "special" i.e. this man's ministry.

He preaches against having a television in your home, not watching DVD's, not allowing a woman to have a male gynecologist, and uses the word "faggot" to describe the sodomites (I think faggot is a vile, disgusting word and should not ever be used around children, and yeah, if I want a male OB gyn I'll have one, thank you very much.)

All you have to do is study these types of sermons to see what is really at play here:
1) Guilt trips
2) Mind/thought control
3) Abuse of scripture and reinterpretation for their own purposes
4) Attempts to take you out of the "world box" and put you into the "little box"
5) Make you question your independent thinking skills so you'll be right in line with their thinking and abandon anything you might question. Like this: the King James version of the Bible of 1611 is not the only version in existence, unlike what many people will shout from the mountaintops. And the hymns that Christians sing now (i.e. Amazing Grace) are not the same ones they sung when Christianity was first formed, although many people will want you to think that.

So I posted a little note that said "Well I was a Baptist and now I'm Orthodox and I feel closer to God than I ever have before." Well darnit if the guy didn't go and censor me! Can't have anyone of a different path posting on his little yoootoober there.

Not even open for discussion. That's what gets me. People that don't want their views or opinions challenged are everywhere, on every side of the fence. Just look and you'll find them.

You're not going to go to hell for watching TV. Last time I checked, the Bible was silent on that issue.

The Iowa Caucus

Well it looks like my theory on Oprah Winfrey, so far, is proving correct. Her endorsement of Barack Obama has indeed paid off. As I stated in an earlier post about Oprah's "Favorite Things" and its effect on the psyche of Christmas retail shoppers, I applied this theory to the psyche of American voters. Now I'm not saying that her endorsement is the SOLE reason Obama is leading in the polls, but I suspect it is a big reason.

So get ready, America. If Barack wins the nomination for the Democratic candidate and goes on to successfully win the US Presidency in Nov 2008, we'll have a new progressive leader on our hands. Is this good news?

I wonder: Are the more SP Democratic voters going to hold Obama accountable for endorsing religion in the public arena? Have they considered that, or will he get a complete pass? Will they still vote for him?
Since the ACLU has been silent on this issue, I think all will be forgiven and not much will be said. It will be glossed over.

Now if Mike Huckabee wins the Republican nomination, I believe that the SP's and the media, etc. will turn on him and go after him the likes we have not seen. He WILL be held accountable and WILL be held to the fire for his religious beliefs. If he even mentions like a fart in a windstorm the least BIT about religion in the public arena, you can bet it will be an all-out war. How's THAT for a fair and balanced voting America?
